Every tonne that leaves a transfer point as airborne dust is product lost, air fouled and a workforce exposed. DustCone exists to stop that happening — mechanically, with nothing to power and nothing to consume.
DustCone was founded in Malaysia by a mechanical engineer with more than a decade of professional experience in the bulk material handling sector — sizing, specifying and supporting dust suppression equipment for grain, fertiliser and mineral operations across international markets.
That experience shaped a clear engineering philosophy: solve bulk flow and dust control mechanically. No power. No filters. No consumables. Equipment that works because the physics works — and keeps working in ports, terminals and warehouses where maintenance access is scarce and downtime is expensive.
We don't sell catalogue sizes and hope they fit. Each DustCone is dimensioned for your specific material, flow rate and installation.
Your enquiry is answered by the person who will size your equipment. Questions about your material, your flow rate or your installation get a technical answer, not a brochure.
Fabricated in Malaysia and shipped worldwide, with installation support documentation and factory-set adjustments that minimise site work at your end.
Our design choices favour the person doing the installation: a flat-top platform that simplifies mounting, factory-set travel limits so there is nothing to tune on site, and compact suspension hardware that conserves installation height. The unit arrives ready to hang, connect and run.
Serviceability follows the same logic — replaceable major components, inspection access, and no scheduled consumables. The best maintenance plan is the one you rarely need.
Send your material and flow rate, and we'll size a unit for it.
